Purpose & Significance

The goal of the panel discussion was to bring together researchers involved in masculinity studies. The panel discussion was aimed to address the developmental process of the field of Critical Studies of Masculinities in Turkey, facilitate discussions among participants for futher academic collaboration, and analyze the current issues in the field with all its dimensions.

General Information

Our Faculty of Social Sciences organized a panel discussion on campus on May 10 to contribute to gender equality with novel ideas, and offer new perspectives to gender equality with the attendance of our students. Gender equality was analyzed in depth within the scope of the “men’s role” in the fight for gender equality.
